Welcome to Crash n Burn issue 3. The following text defines the key
commands available within the e-mag.
After the opening Crash n Burn font displays hit a key and you will be
brought to the MAIN menu.
The UP/DOWN/RIGHT/LEFT arrow keys highlight the options at the main menu.
Pressing ENTER will select the highlighted option for reading.
These keys will scroll up and down through the selected text:
UP arrow, DOWN arrow, Page UP, Page DOWN, RIGHT arrow and LEFT arrow.
Note: They are not applicable when viewing the Top 5 ansis though. Thats
a one shot deal. Ill get around to ansi scrolling later, maybe.
To EXIT reading the text simply press ENTER or ESC.
When viewing the Top 5 ansis you might want to change the rate of speed at
which they are displayed. At the MAIN menu all you have to do is hit a
number from 1-0 0 10 and the delay time will be increased as you go up
and decreased as you come down. I run a 486/sx with 25 mhz, and my selected
setting is 3.
Be sure that you have your ANSI.SYS or DVANSI.COM file loaded if you wish
to view the Top 5 ansis.
To EXIT Crash n Burn press the ESC key at the MAIN menu and youll be shown
a closing font and then the DOS prompt.
To turn the options at the MAIN menu off simply press the SPACE BAR. Press
the SPACE BAR again and the options reappear. Note: exiting the e-mag via
the ESC key requires that the MAIN menu options be ON.
