   Well, RECOiL would like to hear from you.  Starting with our first
   release, we will send out this text file with the EMAG.  It will
   contain all sorts of material (ie. ranging from the art scene to your
   favorite game).  All you have to do is fill it out (to the best of
   your ability) and upload it to a RECOiL site or send an Internet
   E-Mail with this attached to it.  (The Internet address will be
   available at the end of this text file.)  The results, if tally
   in time, will be released in the next release of the EMAG.  Then,
   a similar text file will contain some identidal questions plus
   new ones for you to vote on.  Anyhow, help distribute this along
   with the EMAG so we can get more voices for the topics.

   *NOTE*  For each of the topic, you do not have to fill them 100%
           completely.  However, it would be nice if they are.
