First, I make an image of a font in my head :

Well .. everybody says you must make a VERY SIMPLE font first.
I say fuck them.
I start making the font the way it will be when Its done, yeah!

Music is kinda inspiring. Right now Im listening to warlocks, :
STEP1 Make the first letter
just try an outline, when youre satisfied with
the first letter then go to step2
Ill start with just the Z .. well.. it looks kinda fucked up right now,
but just you wait My leetness will make this z rulable.

STEP2 Make the rest of the letters
Then I copy the z and make it so that it looks like an E
and the same with the N
STEP3 Touchups!

Looks like shit yet.
Always make the touchtups on the font before you shade it. you could
fuck up and make this a whole lot more work.
I make and where it is suitable.
and i fix a little on the outline.
And now over to the background.
STEP4 Background! And pulling the letters together.
Pull the letters together and center them to the middle of the screen
The background is easy. And my backgrounds usually suck too,
so that might explain why I think its so easy.
btw.. when you are new at ansi .It might help to look at others ansis
then when you get better. You make ansi without looking at others.
Because when you look at others you might rip theire style etc
STEP5 Colours
Now.. hmm .. choose a colour for the font and for the background.
Here Ive chosen cyan and blue
STEP6 shading! :
And . then the shading.. most artists has their own shading style
Some has not
This is my shading style. please dont rip it. but pracitse your own style.
