Devoid - SayTan : And last bu not least, these two are in our VGA dept.
Lets welcome them and give these people something to do. So bomb them

RCA. I have finally got them setup. So if you dont see your board in

Due to the complexity of rCa, we have totally reworked the staff areas.
I have added NEW DEPT. HEADS to help run rCa. The choices might be sup-
rising, but they are all well earned.
F00L : He does Ascii and Will head the ASCII DEPT.

I have Given Wildcat this power for a reason. His love for Art and for RCA
is great. He has handled rCa for 3 months and rCa ran w/o any problems.
