First off ROC would like to make
an apology to 28 of Union. For some did you rip
certain circumstances Lumberjack borrowed yes or no??
and ripped a measle font from one of his uh...
pictures. Lumberjack has decided that he uh...
is going to quit ROC, but stay aboard and
help with our telcommuctions. I believe
he has joined up with RAIN.
This is the first time something
like this has happened in a ROC pack that
I am aware of. Hopefully, it will also be
the last time I have to apologize.
Some more dissapointing news this month
ka-boom! lies with Arrant. While tring to install
his upgraded mother board he managed to
dick his whole computer. So this month,
he has nothing to submit. However, he
assures me that next month there willbe
plenty of submissions from him. Well
see what happens. Good luck with your
computer anyways.
Once again the pack has come out later
than we would have liked an thought
because our communcations are all fucked.
Therefore, we are still looking for
people to join our Telcom, and actually o o o
looking for someone to run this deptartment. o o o

We have picked up a few members this
month as always. Skarecrow, who was the
former VOR ansi artist has joined, as well
a fella that does RIPS that go by the name
of Ninja-Man Bob. Well then, now that tha
t is outta the way we can move on. Actually
, theres nothing to move on to so this is

Jollto be department head of our music.
